At Yulara, I opted to take a scenic flight which would give aerial views of both Ayre's Rock (Uluru) and the Olgas (Kata Tjuta).

Picked up in the town centre in a minibus, the driver told us he'd drive right out next to the plane - because I could hardly walk due to injuring my ankle earlier that day.  We were all rather surprised when the bus driver jumped in the plane and started it up - he was providing a complete all-round service!
